Our service uses advanced algorithms to analyze historical JEE question patterns and generates practice materials based on these patterns. The Materials are delivered as downloadable PDF files after purchase.

IMPORTANT: By using our Service, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

• Our materials are AI-GENERATED PRACTICE QUESTIONS based on pattern analysis — not actual JEE questions or direct predictions.
• All success metrics and pattern analyses are REVIEWED BY SUBJECT MATTER EXPERTS to ensure quality and relevance.
• The PDFs contain STRATEGICALLY DESIGNED QUESTIONS generated by our AI model after studying historical trends.
• Our system analyzes patterns from past exams to create practice material — it does not predict or replicate actual exam questions.
• PDF delivery is INSTANT AND ONE-TIME ONLY after purchase — no recurring access or logins.
• Success stories and testimonials reflect feedback from students who trained using our materials, not guaranteed outcomes.
• We make NO CLAIMS about overlap between our questions and those in the actual JEE exam.
• NO GUARANTEES are made regarding scores, ranks, or admissions — performance depends on multiple personal factors.
• Any resemblance to real exam questions is PURELY COINCIDENTAL and results from statistical pattern generation.

3. Age & Parental Consent

Eligibility:

By using our Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or using the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.

4. Anti-Abuse & Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to deny service, block access, or report fraudulent transactions. Any attempts at unauthorized refund claims, chargebacks, or fake complaints may result in legal action and permanent banning from our platform.

5. Piracy Monitoring & Legal Enforcement

We actively monitor unauthorized distribution of our Materials. Any user found to have shared, uploaded, or distributed Hope JEE content without permission will be subject to copyright infringement action under Indian and international law, including civil penalties and criminal prosecution.

6. Tech Failure / Force Majeure

Hope JEE shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to server downtime, internet outages, technical failures, or government restrictions.

7. Data Breach Liability Limitation

In the event of a data breach, Hope JEE shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising therefrom. We follow best practices for data protection but no system is impenetrable.

8. Third-Party Services

Hope JEE uses third-party services (e.g., Razorpay, email providers) for payment processing and delivery. We are not responsible for any downtime, bugs, or failures originating from these providers.

9. Delivery Failure Grace Period

Users must notify us within 72 hours of purchase for any delivery issues. After that, the transaction is considered complete and closed. We will not entertain delivery claims beyond this period.

10. No Right to Audit or Inspect

Hope JEE is under no obligation to share internal methods, AI models, datasets, or proprietary processes behind the generation of its Materials. All internal mechanisms are trade secrets.

11. Non-Transferability of Licenses

All licenses granted are non-transferable. Attempting to resell, gift, or relicense Materials will void all access and may lead to legal action.

12. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service, issue bans, or deny future purchases to individuals or IP addresses associated with abuse, threats, or prior policy violations.

13. DMCA / Copyright Protection

If you believe that any Materials infringe on your intellectual property rights, you may contact us at allwingsai@gmail.com with proper documentation. We investigate all legitimate complaints in accordance with applicable law.

14. Dispute Resolution Policy / Arbitration

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably via email. Failing that, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall take place in New Delhi in English.

15. User Accounts

To access certain features and purchased Materials, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration (specifically your name and email address) and keep your account information updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

16. Usage Restrictions & Intellectual Property

License Grant: You are granted only a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to access and use the Materials.

Strict Prohibitions: You explicitly agree NOT to:

• Resell, copy, distribute, or publicly display Materials
• Reverse engineer or decompile any portion of the Service

• Create derivative works based on our Materials
• Transfer your license to another person

20. Guest Checkout & PDF Delivery

• Limited Guarantee: If you do not receive your PDF within 24 hours of purchase due to a technical error (e.g., payment went through but no email was received), you may email us at allwingsai@gmail.com . We will manually verify your transaction and, if validated, provide a one-time resend of your download link. This resend is at our sole discretion and does not imply refund eligibility or ongoing access. Requests made after 72 hours from the time of purchase will not be entertained.

23. Educational Use Only Clause

All Materials are for supplemental education and practice purposes only. They do not substitute official exam preparation or coaching. Hope JEE does not guarantee admission, success, or exam outcomes and shall not be held liable for academic performance.

24. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

25. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service and Materials are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Use of the Service is at your own risk. Hope JEE expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements or be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. **Additionally, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:**

• Our AI-based pattern recognition system is not infallible and may produce varying results. All algorithmic outputs undergo MANUAL VERIFICATION by subject matter experts
• The Materials are created through algorithmic analysis and are not direct reproductions of any copyrighted content.
• Reported success rates derive from CONTROLLED LAB TESTING environments and may not reflect real-world outcomes
• Success in examinations depends on multiple factors beyond our Materials.
• The Service does not guarantee any specific exam outcomes or results.
• Any perceived similarities to actual exam questions are coincidental and result from our AI's analysis of publicly available educational patterns.

26. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Hope JEE, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service or Materials.

27. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The courts in New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service.

28. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide notice prior to any new terms taking effect, possibly via email or a notice on the website. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
